Appointment requests
Submitting the form is a request, not a confirmed appointment. An appointment exists only once the date, time and location have been agreed directly with you.
A notarization can only be completed when every signer appears in person with valid, unexpired photo identification, appears to understand what they are signing, and is signing willingly. If those conditions are not met, the notarial act cannot be performed.
Scope of service
Services are limited to notarial acts. Preparing, selecting or explaining documents, and advising on legal rights or options, fall outside what a notary public may do unless separately authorized by law.
Fees
No fees are published on this website. Any fee applicable to your appointment will be communicated to you before the appointment is confirmed.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as the business grows or as services change. The version published here is the version that applies.
